Kim and his wife first opened Rohde Smash Repairs in 1974 when Ferntree Gully was a quaint community, and since has been providing high quality smash repairs, rebuilds and restorations, detailing with a full cut & polish, general touch-ups, insurance work, and more!

Kim and the team have a huge range of experience on a whole variety of vehicles, anything from a 1969 Mach 1, to a 2022 Toyota Corolla, and to even precious collectibles! The team were providing panel beating works and restorations back when the 1970's Mustangs were still considered new. With that knowledge, wide range of experience, and expertise, you know that you'll be in safe hands!

We've been working with Mustang Motorsport, Australia's No.1 Late Model Mustang Specialist since 1990. When they first moved into the area 20+ years ago, they were after a body shop that they could trust and rely on. They wanted somewhere they could foster a long term relationship with. Since their involvement begun, Kim and the team have been working closely with Craig and his team to provide whatever they needed; from simple touch-ups, to paintless dent removal, painting spoilers, and even Wide Body Super Snake transformations! Due to this collaboration between businesses, Rohde Smash Repairs has had the opportunity to work on some of the rarest Muscle Cars in Australia!
